The gambling mecca of the world, Las Vegas is situated in the midst of the southern Nevada desert landscape. It located in South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89109, United States. Casinos can be found throughout Las Vegas, but the strip, a stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard South, contains the most of them.
It features giant mega-casino hotels, decorated with lavish care and attention to detail to create a fantasy-like atmosphere.The casinos often have names and themes that evoke romance, mystery, and far-away destination.
The Bellagio, Caesars Palace, and part of the Strip Bellagio is a luxury hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada.
It is owned by MGM Resorts International and was built on the site of the demolished Dunes hotel and casino. With the opening of Bellagio, Venetian, and Wynn resorts, the strip trended towards the luxurious high end segment through most of the 2000s, while some older resorts added major expansions and renovations, including some de-themeing of the earlier themed hotels. High end dining, specialty retail, spas and nightclubs increasingly became options for visitors in addition to gambling at most Strip resorts. There was also a trend towards expensive residential condo units on the strip.
